The Catholic Book Publishers Association is looking for an Executive Director to lead and manage the development of an ambitious service plan for its membership. This is a full time position with competitive salary and is not location specific.
Candidates should have minimum of five years senior management experience in, and knowledge of, the following:
--book publishing and the opportunities and challenges facing the industry
--association management and trade show experience
--the Catholic Church, its beliefs and structure
We seek an entrepreneur with strong interpersonal communication skills, an innovator capable of formulating a business plan, developing and executing a strategic plan, expressing a vision, while working collaboratively with the Board of Directors
